1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and ph2win ("ph2win," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at ph2win.club ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including all games, services, features, content, and promotions made available thereon.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the ph2win Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to immediately cease all use of the ph2win Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the ph2win Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of another).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of ph2win or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph2win Platform or any other online gaming platform for breach of terms.

By registering, you warrant and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out above, and that all information you provide to ph2win is truthful, accurate, and complete. ph2win reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ph2win Platform. Creating, operating, or maintaining duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or same financial instrument — is strictly prohibited. ph2win uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited at ph2win's sole discretion.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering a ph2win account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information ph2win requests. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability

Your ph2win account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your account, credentials, or balance. Any attempted transfer of account ownership is void and may result in account suspension.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph2win account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ph2win will never ask for your full password, GCash PIN, or banking passwords via any communication channel.

You agree to immediately notify ph2win support at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph2win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to ph2win.

ph2win strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional account security. This is available in your account settings immediately after registration.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ph2win accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

ph2win accepts Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) as its primary currency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for particular promotions or account tiers. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day, subject to the operating hours and processing timelines of the respective bank.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ph2win during support operating hours (8AM to 12MN Philippine Standard Time, daily). ph2win targets processing times of 30 to 60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, and 1 to 6 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements and withdrawal volumes at any given time.

ph2win reserves the right to require identity verification and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the ph2win account. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ph2win offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, free spin campaigns, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only upon satisfaction of all stated qualifying conditions.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ph2win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or any form of bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms applicable to a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ph2win Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including, but not limited to, JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Spadegaming. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and unpredictability. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles.

In the event of a technical malfunction, interruption, or error affecting the outcome of any game, ph2win reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. ph2win's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome shall be final and binding. All bets placed through the Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant sports event or live table.

ph2win's house edge varies by game type and is factored into the published RTP of each title. By placing a bet, the Player acknowledges understanding that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph2win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may result in referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one ph2win account.
• Using false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such errors must be reported to ph2win support immediately.
• Collusion with other players or Platform staff to influence game outcomes.
• Money laundering, fraudulent financial activity, or using ph2win as a payment transfer mechanism.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit made to ph2win without legitimate cause.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph2win staff or other platform users.
• Registering an account if you are a self-excluded player or have been previously banned from ph2win.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph2win Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, text content, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of ph2win or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any ph2win content is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph2win Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption of service.

ph2win's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their ph2win account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph2win provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the Platform or any content thereon. Gambling involves financial risk and ph2win does not guarantee any outcome or return on any wager placed through the Platform.

11. Suspension & Termination

ph2win reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice for any of the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete required verification procedures within the specified timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player without legitimate cause.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Conduct that ph2win reasonably deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Players may also voluntarily close their ph2win account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not refundable upon voluntary closure.

12. Responsible Gaming

ph2win is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or automatic logouts after a defined period of play.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month, 12-month) or permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via the account settings panel or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and, once in force, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected. ph2win will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from opening new accounts during the exclusion period.

13. Privacy & Data

ph2win collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ph2win.club/privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to ph2win collecting, processing, and storing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

ph2win will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (including payment processors and game providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

ph2win reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Continued use of the ph2win Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. The current version of the Terms is always available at ph2win.club/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the ph2win Platform or these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph2win operates within the framework of applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ph2win Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. ph2win makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.
